My personal DNA & experience
Throughout my career, I’ve interviewed over 1,500 candidates and discovered that many weren’t in the right place at the right time—not due to lack of talent, but because they didn’t truly understand themselves.
This gap inspired me to create tools and guidance to help individuals discover their true path and achieve meaningful career growth.
As a kid, I was fortunate to meet mentors who helped me realize that I was underestimating my own potential.
These transformative experiences drive my passion today to help others thrive, building career success with purpose—not in pursuit of perfection, but by doing what they love with purpose and passion.
I’ve developed expertise in career coaching, challenging individuals to adapt to diverse professional needs and aspirations, and helping them unlock their true potential.
I’ve trained over 250 individuals in DISC profiling, helping them enhance self-awareness, improve communication, and tailor their leadership styles for greater effectiveness.
Throughout my career, I’ve closely worked with professionals from over 30 different nationalities, gaining deep insights into diverse work cultures, communication styles, and global perspectives.

DISC is rooted in the work of Dr. William Moulton Marston, and Driving Forces draws on studies by Eduard Spranger. Together, they offer clear, scientifically grounded insights into behavior and motivation—no guesswork or vague interpretations. It’s data-driven guidance you can trust.
Can I change my personality?
No, it’s not about changing who you are, but rather understanding where you’ll thrive and what you should avoid. Given your personality, what types of situations will you excel in, and which ones should you steer clear of? It’s easier to change the situation than the person.
What is the price of a DISC + Debriefing?
Our pricing varies based on the package you choose, but we make a competitive effort to keep it accessible for individuals. Even our entry-level, tax-included package costs less than a basic Apple Watch.

Absolutely! Our Decoder Workshop is designed specifically for teams. This interactive session uses powerful tools like DISC and Driving Forces assessments to decode team dynamics, enhance communication, and align individual strengths with collective goals.

What is your experience with DISC?
I’ve been working with the DISC methodology since 2013 and hold certifications from two reputable institutes. Those who know me can attest that I’m passionate about this tool and its capacity to bring out the best in individuals and teams.
How long does it take to get my results and debriefing?
Right after purchasing your package, you’ll receive a link to complete the survey. Your results are available immediately upon completion. The debriefing session, lasting about 45 to 60 minutes, typically occurs within the same week.
For which countries can you advise me when preparing for international mobility?
The preparatory method I use applies to any destination, laying a solid groundwork for your move. Still, cultural nuances vary, so I provide the most detailed guidance for countries I’ve personally lived in. For others, I offer general support or referrals to local experts.
What is your methodology for entrepreneurs?
Our approach is rooted in the Gowler’s Venture package, designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs turn their vision into reality. We combine powerful self-awareness tools like DISC and Driving Forces assessments with practical, actionable strategies.
Through a 1.5-hour brainstorming session, we refine your business idea and outline clear steps to bring it to life. You’ll also benefit from 30 minutes of on-call support, giving you the flexibility to address questions and challenges as they arise.

How is my privacy protected?
All interactions, including assessments, debriefing sessions, and communications, are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Your personal data will never be shared.
We fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring your information is stored securely and used only for the purposes you’ve agreed to.
In which languages can the assessments be done?
The assessments are available in French, English, Spanish, and several other languages to accommodate a diverse audience.
For the debriefing session, I can personally conduct it in those 3 languages.
